Start the Conversation

First call is with a senior engineer.

Describe the system, the constraint, and the outcome. An engineer reviews every inquiry and routes it to the Enterprise or Launchpad delivery path without making you self-qualify first.

What happens after you submit
01
An engineer reads your submission
We review the requirement, operating context, and consequence before we ask for your time.
02
We confirm the right delivery lane
Enterprise is for consequential systems and programs. Launchpad is for smaller work with a bounded backlog and releasable outcome.
03
We define the useful next step
That may be an engineering call, a scoping conversation, or a clear explanation of why the project is not yet ready.
What to Expect
Step 01
We read your submission
Every inquiry is reviewed by a senior engineer before we respond. We assess fit before we ask for your time.
Step 02
A senior engineer calls
Domain-qualified: not a salesperson who needs to loop in the technical team. The person on the call can answer technical questions.
Step 03
Honest assessment
If we're the right fit, we say so. If we're not, we say that too. No pressure. No close.

Why Engineer-First
“The first conversation tells you everything about how a firm will work with you. If the first call is with a salesperson who needs to ‘loop in the technical team,’ you're not talking to the firm. You're talking to their front office.”
The Standard Model

At most firms, the first call is with a business development representative. Their job is to qualify the opportunity and schedule a second call with a solutions architect. That call leads to a scope document, which goes to a delivery team you have not met. You are two calls and six weeks from talking to the people who will actually build your system.

The Algorithm

Engineering context enters the conversation early. We assess the architecture, compliance constraints, delivery risk, and useful next step before recommending an engagement path. The goal is a technically grounded conversation about fit, not a generic sales sequence.
